Admins would be able to push members messages / topics to their ticketing app to create support tickets.

Allow members of the spot to access a page bringing together all the events of the spot. The calendar could be edited in Ical format and the events could be exported to Google, Outlook, Yahoo calendars...

Members will be able to create, publish and answer to polls in any discussion thread (inside the discussion area and the live rooms).

Ideally would be able to upload PDF from cloud drive or local harddrive as a resource in a collection. Should be viewable as slides

Could we add some gamification layer to Meltingspot? We would like use MS as a learning tool for our users and were wondering if any gamification features can be added? For instance: if you participate in a live session you get 20 points, when you open a document you get 10 points. When you have 100 points you get a badge. If you have X badges you become an explorer and with additional badges you get addditional levels as an expert.

The size of profile pictures is fix, we cannot drag and asjust and have to create specific visuals to get a nice view
