  2. Gamification > badges

Could we add some gamification layer to Meltingspot? We would like use MS as a learning tool for our users and were wondering if any gamification features can be added? For instance: if you participate in a live session you get 20 points, when you open a document you get 10 points. When you have 100 points you get a badge. If you have X badges you become an explorer and with additional badges you get addditional levels as an expert.

  3. Playback speed options for live replays

Provide the option to slow down or speed up a recorded live. This would be useful if you didn't have a chance to attend, but want to catch the highlights while listening at 1.5x!

  13. Customize the navigation button titles

Companies and industries use terms differently. They also vary country to country. It would be great if we could personalize the words used in the Lives, Discussions, Collections, Members buttons on the navigations.

  15. Custom Domain for Spot Home Page

A custom domain for the Spot Home Page can be useful for a number of reasons: Branding: By allowing users to set a custom domain, the Spot Home Page can be fully branded with the user's own domain name. This helps with creating a more professional and consistent look and feel for the community, which can increase user engagement and make it easier to recognize the community across different platforms. Credibility: A custom domain helps to establish the credibility of the community. This can help to increase trust and engagement from users, making it more likely that they will participate and contribute to the community. Easy to remember: A custom domain makes it easier for users to remember and access the Spot Home Page. This is particularly important for large or complex communities where users may need to access the page frequently. The custom domain feature would benefit community managers, moderators and users. Community managers would be able to present a more professional and branded image to their community, while moderators would benefit from having a simpler and more recognizable URL to use when directing users to the community. Finally, users would benefit from a more memorable and easier-to-access URL, which could increase their engagement with the community. The custom domain feature would work by allowing the user to set a custom domain name for their Spot Home Page. The user would need to own the domain and configure it to point to the Spot Home Page. Once the custom domain is set, the user would be able to access the Spot Home Page using their custom domain name instead of the default URL provided by Meltingspot.
